Many of the older courses that we are called in to assess seem to suffer from the same acute problems; the list seems to be very similar throughout.

In more specific terms, an NC&A report will cover worn and patchy areas throughout, irrigation often needs to be replaced, drainage has become dated with time and needs to be replaced, bunkers have become worn and lost their definition, greens have become difficult to maintain through lack of available pin positions, tees are generally to small resulting in excessive wear.
